- Beef cut into medium cubes to taste
- Red onion cut into large petals to taste
- Red bell pepper cut into medium cubes to taste
- Wooden skewer for skewers to taste
- Chopped fresh rosemary to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Chopped fresh thyme to taste
- Minced garlic to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Season the meat with the garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary and salt and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to absorb the seasoning.
- Skewer the meat on the sticks alternating with the pieces of onion and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated air fryer at 200ÂșC for about 6 minutes or until the meat is at the desired point.
