  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Bahia seasoning to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Melted butter2 tablespoon
  • Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
  1. Peel, cut and cook the potatoes without letting them fall apart. They need to be a little tough, so set them aside.
  2. Grease a pan with olive oil and place the sausages, throw the melted butter on top. Season with black pepper and salt to taste
  3. Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper and Bahian seasoning.
  4. Place the potatoes in the pan along with the sausages.
  5. Put tomato sauce over the sausages (this step is optional, if you don't like it, you can skip it)
  6. Cover the shape with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and let the sausages brown, this step takes about 10 minutes. or as you prefer
  8. And it's ready ;)
