  • baked beans with bay leaf, al dente and drained (I like to use fradinho)2 cup
  • Sadia diced bacon209 g
  • large diced onion1 to taste
  • minced garlic cloves3 to taste
  • diced seedless tomatoes2 to taste
  • diced small yellow pepper1 to taste
  • seedless chili pepper, in small cubes1 to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • cup raw cassava flour tea1 to taste
  • Parsley and chives to finish to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauteed Kale Butter to accompany. to taste
  1. In a pan, lightly fry the bacon and sausage, until the fat releases slightly. Add the oil and onion and sauté until lightly golden. After that put the tomato, pepper, garlic and pepper and let it sauté to release the flavors. Add the beans and manioc flour little by little. Finish with the parsley and chopped chives, salt and pepper if needed. Tip: the recipe cannot be dry, the ideal is to be wet.
