Toscana sausage blanket with cheese and ham

  • Mozzarella Cheese100 g
  • Ham100 g
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Onion to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. To begin, remove the sausage from the bud.
  2. Cut the tomato into very small pieces and set aside.
  3. Grate the onion and reserve.
  4. In a refractory, add the sausage, tomato, onion and chimichurri.
  5. Mix well, until it forms a dough.
  6. Now I debt this mass in two parts.
  7. Grease a tray with oil and add half of the dough. Now, add the cheese and ham.
  8. Cover with the remaining dough .
  9. Place cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 50 minutes.
  10. Now just serve!
