- Put the tongue to cook in the pressure cooker for 40 min, just with water to loosen and clean the tongue. (the pressure time depends on your pan, when you open it you have to notice that the thick skin is loose, but the tongue is still stiff)
- After cleaning the tongue, let's season and prepare everything
- Clean pressure cooker, add onion, garlic, chopped peppers into squares, with chopped tomato and chili pepper (if you prefer, remove the seed)
- After sautéing all the vegetables, place the already cut tongue as you wish, add a can of beer seasoning only with a little black pepper, do not add the salt yet.
- After 20 minutes open the pan and see if the meat is soft, taste and see if it needs salt. The beer ends up salty, if you need to get it right
- Serve with rice, bread, pasta. All. It's delicious
