  • Bacon200 g
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • White wine90 ml
  • Grana Padano cheese300 g
  1. Slightly cut the bottom of the tomato and then cut the lid, put olive oil and season with salt and pepper and reserve the lid and tomato.
  2. Put the bacon to brown and then add the garlic and onion, as soon as it browns add the ground beef and sauté it well.
  3. When the meat is sticking to the bottom, add the wine to get the bottom, remembering, don't let the meat dry too much, it has to be a little wet!
  4. Then I stuffed the tomato with the ground meat and when it is full, add the cheese and cover with the reserved tomato lids.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°
  6. And be happy tasting this French delicacy ❀
