- Season the meat cut into medium cubes a few hours before preparing, this will make the meat more flavorful. For seasoning use August salt, vinegar, pepper, and crushed garlic.
- In a pressure cooker, melt the sugar, brown the pineapple and onion and set aside. In the same unwashed pan, add the oil, brown the meat and add the soy sauce.
- Then put the ginger and add water until it covers the meat, let it get pressure and mark 25 min.
- Pour the remaining water leaving just a little bit to keep it juicy, from a golden brown in the same pan, put it in a shape or platter, add the pineapple and onions already caramelized and sprinkle with lots of chives on top. Tip: it's delicious to serve with Japanese rice.
