Pra fazer esse feijão add .
3 pedaços de costelinha de charque não tirei o sal não pois pra min e o suficiente , mas também não add mas nada que tenha sal . 

Mas si caso vc achar que e muito sal e só deixar ela de molho ou escalda pra sair todo o sal .
Também add 2 pedaços de charque , deixei refogar com cebola e alho e add alguns temperos seco tipo tempero pra feição o tempero que vc tem aii e gosta de add no feijão.

Add o feijão coloquei água na quantidade que eu sei que dá pra cozinhar e não vai queimar o feijão mas também não add de mas pra não ficar cheio de água , gosto dele com o caldo grosso.

Depois de 10 minutos deixei o ar sair e abrir a panela vi que ele não estava totalmente cozindo aii add as verduras que são elas  , cenoura , batata, chuchu e jerimum, coloquei cebola , coentro alho e deixar até cozinhar as verduras e pronto já estar pronto pra comer fica uma delícia e sem falar no  cheiro que fica pela casa . Só façam aiii
