- Termite1 kg
- Coarse salt2 tablespoon
- Refined salt (shallow spoon)1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil8 tablespoon
- Chimi churri4 teaspoon
- Water to taste
- In a dish put the coarse salt, 4 tablespoons of oil and 150 ml of water, mix well until the salt dissolves a little. Season all the meat and let it rest for about 5 minutes in this seasoning.
- After that, put the meat, along with the Seasoning in the pressure cooker, cover with water, and after it gets pressure, leave it for 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, let's make the second seasoning: Mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 50 ml of water, 1 pinch of refined salt (a pinch, because the meat will already be salted) and the chimi churri. Mix well, and after 45 minutes of pressure remove the meat from the pressure cooker and apply this new Seasoning.
- Pre heat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200º, after that put the meat and some of the sauce on top for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn and leave for another 10. Here I only used this time, but it will depend a lot on the fryer, if necessary, add another 5 minutes time and it's ready. I hope you liked it, this meat can be consumed in many ways, including replacing the hamburger in a sandwich. It's a way to have a healthier, easier and very tasty termite at your disposal.
