- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- American redneck seasoning2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Minced Garlic Clove03 unit(s)
- Cut the termite piece into thin strips. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix the dry seasoning (I used the American country seasoning) and the mustard. Let it rest for 1h.
- Cut the large onion in Julienne mode. Add a drizzle of olive oil and oregano. Let it rest for 1h
- Heat a skillet and add the oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté quickly.
- Add the meat and stir. When the formed broth reduces to a third of the original volume, add the onion and sauté for another 05 minutes to incorporate the flavors. Salt to taste.
- Decorate with green seasoning when serving.
