  • Pork Loin500 g
  • Shoyu Sauce200 ml
  • Oyster Sauce4 tablespoon
  • Mirin Sake50 ml
  • Ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Sesame10 g
  • Olive oil40 ml
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Small Onion1 unit(s)
  • Water50 ml
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, place the sliced loin with the crushed garlic clove, half of the soy sauce, ginger and mirin sake. Rest for 20 minutes.
  2. In a pan put the olive oil and onion to gold. Add the loin with the seasoning to cook. For 5 minutes. Then put the other half of the shoyu, the oyster sauce and let the meat cook.
  3. When the meat is cooked, add the water mixed with the cornstarch and stir well. When the sauce is full-bodied, turn off the heat and place in a refractory and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
