- Pork Loin500 g
- Shoyu Sauce200 ml
- Oyster Sauce4 tablespoon
- Mirin Sake50 ml
- Ginger1 coffee spoon
- Sesame10 g
- Olive oil40 ml
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Small Onion1 unit(s)
- Water50 ml
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the sliced loin with the crushed garlic clove, half of the soy sauce, ginger and mirin sake. Rest for 20 minutes.
- In a pan put the olive oil and onion to gold. Add the loin with the seasoning to cook. For 5 minutes. Then put the other half of the shoyu, the oyster sauce and let the meat cook.
- When the meat is cooked, add the water mixed with the cornstarch and stir well. When the sauce is full-bodied, turn off the heat and place in a refractory and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
