Chicken breast fillet1 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Salt1 to taste
Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
Chimichuri1 dessert spoon
Olive oil2 tablespoon

Cut the chicken fillet into steaks and season with salt, garlic and chimichuri and set aside. I do this about 30 minutes before frying.
