  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Salmon1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Bay Leaves to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lager beer250 ml
  • Orange juice1 l
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  1. Take your T-Bone piece and place it on a wide platter.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and garlic (minced).
  3. Pour the whole orange juice, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  4. Remove your T-Bone and transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. Chop the celery, carrot and onion into equal parts of brunnoise.
  6. Pour the chopped vegetables into the roasting pan over the T-Bone
  7. Season with salt, bay leaf and pepper.
  8. Pour in the beer and bake at 200C for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
