- Boiled and mashed sweet potato2.5 cup
- Shredded and seasoned meat1 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- In a pan heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, add the sweet potato, salt and mix. Cook for 2 minutes stirring so as not to burn.
- Finish mixing the parsley. Reserve.
- In a refractory platter, place the shredded meat and cover with the sweet potato puree.
- Add the grated cheese on top and take it to the preheated oven at 220ÂșC to bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
