  • Beef rib cut into pieces600 g
  • Manioc/cassava500 g
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Chili Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onion1/3 cup
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Clean the rib well, removing excess fat.
  2. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the ribs well.
  3. Add the onion and sauté well, then add the garlic and pepper, stir well and add the paprika.
  4. Sauté for 1 minute and add water, cassava, bay leaf and salt, stir well.
  5. Close the pressure cooker and let cook for about 20 minutes after you get pressure.
  6. After that time, remove the pressure from the pan and check if the meat is already soft or if you need to add more water.
  7. Finish with the green onion and serve immediately.
