  • Finely chopped pepperoni sausage1/3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
  • Biju Yellow Corn Flour1.5 cup
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Soybean, corn or sunflower oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped red onion1/3 cup
  • Chopped green onion1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a high non-stick frying pan and fry the onion, when it starts to brown add the pepperoni and continue frying over low heat.
  2. Add the butter and chives and mix for 1 minute.
  3. Add the corn flour and salt and stir over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled egg and mix stirring for another 1 minute. Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
