- Finely chopped pepperoni sausage1/3 unit(s)
- Chopped Boiled Egg1 unit(s)
- Biju Yellow Corn Flour1.5 cup
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Soybean, corn or sunflower oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped red onion1/3 cup
- Chopped green onion1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a high non-stick frying pan and fry the onion, when it starts to brown add the pepperoni and continue frying over low heat.
- Add the butter and chives and mix for 1 minute.
- Add the corn flour and salt and stir over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the boiled egg and mix stirring for another 1 minute. Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
