- Recipe
- Warmed shredded beef to taste
- Corn tortillas to taste
- Red and yellow bell pepper cut into strips to taste
- Warmed black beans to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Saute the peppers in a pan heated with olive oil. Reserve.
- On a plate, arrange the corn tortillas, on top of the shredded meat, the peppers and then the beans.
- Season everything with pepper and serve immediately.
