  1. Lay out the already seasoned steaks and sprinkle the wheat flour over them. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker and, over high heat, brown the meat on all sides Add the onion, the crumbled meat cube, the bay leaf, the rosemary, the cumin and the girl's finger pepper. Add the hot water, cover and cook for 30 minutes after the whistle starts. Wait for the pressure to be released naturally, open the pan, adjust the salt and the green smell.Serve with white rice, puree or pasta.
