  • Tuscan sausage to taste
  • Cream cheese1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Onion to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the onion and tomato.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the onion and tomato until it forms a cream.
  3. With a very sharp knife, make a cut in the middle of the sausage and place a spoonful of stuffing.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for about an hour.
  5. Remove the aluminum foil and leave gild.
