- Oregano1 to taste
- Chop the onion, garlic, bacon and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil and add the ingredients. When it's well fried, turn it off. Make small cuts in the breast piece with a depth of one to two fingers, brush oil all over the piece and fill the cuts with the fried onion, garlic and bacon. Sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Afterwards, follow the cooking process and turn off at the point of meat of your choice.
