- Sausage700 g
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- grated cheese50 g
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Oregano1 coffee spoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Let the sausage boil for 10 min. In a bowl, place the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, grated cheese and all the seasonings to your liking, stir well. With the sausage already colder, make a cut in the sausage and put the mixture inside each one. Line the Air frye with aluminum foil leaving some gaps on the sides so as not to completely cover the holes, place the sausages, put plenty of mozzarella on top of each one and sprinkle oregano. With the Air frye already hot, put it to bake there for 20 min or until doubled.
