- Limguica1 kg
- Oil to taste
- Mix the corn, tomato, pepper and onion plus the oil and set aside.
- Grease a pan with oil
- Put the sausage wedges
- Cut them in half and remove some of the meat and add the tomato mixture plus the onion.
- Do this with all the sausage
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
- Leave until golden
