- Carefully remove the top of the peppers, wash removing all the seeds inside them. Reserve
- In a pan, sauté the meat in the onion, garlic, add the seasonings and finally the bread crumbs (it serves to bind the meat and it in the bell pepper).
- Stuff the peppers with the meat, place in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil or olive oil and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
