Sanitize the peppers, carefully remove the lid and remove all the seeds and reserve.
In a bowl put all the ingredients (except the tomato and the tomato sauce) stir well until you combine.
Stuff all the peppers with stuffing.
In the pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, the tomatoes and the tomato sauce and place the peppers side by side very close to each other - put a little hot water, close the pan and let it cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from the heat, place the peppers on the platter, cover with sauce drizzle with olive oil and serve next.
