  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Milk | 2 cup
  • Oil | 1/2 cup
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar | 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano (optional) | 1 teaspoon
  • Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic cloves | 2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour | 2 cup
  • Stuffing: ready ground beef |  to taste
  • Cottage cheese or catupiry | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce packet | 1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese | 100 g


  1. In the blender: put the milk, oil, eggs, salt, wheat, sugar, garlic and onion. Beat for 2 min.
  2. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, place 1 ladle of the dough at a time. Expect to brown one side to turn and gold the other. Grease your frying pan with a little oil if it is not non-stick. - Do this with all the dough.
  3. Stuff the pancakes with a spoonful of curd or catupiry cheese (helps to hold the ground meat) and ground meat. Fold the sides so the stuffing doesn't come out.
  4. Place the stuffed pancakes on a platter, pour sauce, cover with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C. Tip: you can stuff it with catupiry and shredded chicken, ricotta and spinach.
