- Shredded Mozzarella60 g
- Sliced Bacon8 unit(s)
- Chimichurri, Smoke, Salt, Green Smell and Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl put the ground beef and spices. Mix well. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Then open the seasoned ground meat and put the mozzarella and close like a polpetone. Pass the bacon around, you can put a toothpick to hold the bacon slice.
- Put it in a greased shape with olive oil, put the medallions to bake and pass a thread of olive oil on them. Bake until golden and serve.
