- Pork loin1.5 kg
- Mozzarella200 g
- Bacon150 g
- Pitted green olives100 g
- Diced pineapple150 g
- Thinly sliced onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Open the loin in a blanket and season with salt and pepper.
- To stuff it, start with a layer of Bacon, followed by pineapple, onion, olives and mozzarella.
- Roll up like a rocambole and tie well with string. Water with olive oil.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 180°.
- Remove the foil and return to the oven to brown (another 20 minutes).
