- I started by stuffing the lizard with the chopped calabrese sausage, onion and olives. I made a hole in the meat and put the stuffing inside pushing as much as possible.
- Then I passed the salt, pepper and oregano on the side of the whole meat. And finally I squeezed the lemon on top.
- Now I put the meat on a baking sheet and covered it with aluminum foil and let it rest in the fridge for about 4 hours.
- Then I put it in the pressure cooker along with the water and let it cook for 1 hour. Then I just removed the pressure put the chopped onions and let it boil a little.
- Then just slice the meat and serve
