  • Milk1 l
  • Champignon200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Minced garlic to taste
  • Coriander1 unit(s)
  1. Remove the meat from the sun and set aside.
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds, put it on a plate and wrap it with plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes, stick a fork to check if it's soft, if not, just leave it longer. Once it softens, just scrape it with a spoon and knead it, set aside.
  3. After the dried meat is desalted, fry and add the seasonings, as soon as it fry well, add the mashed pumpkin, milk and cream cheese, champignons, coriander and let it boil and turn off the heat. Add the cream
  4. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
