- Oregano (pinch)1 to taste
- Sauce or Extract2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Cut the meat into very thin slices and season to your liking.
- Saute in zaite or butter
- Cut the potatoes into cubes
- After sautéing the steaks put it in a shape and grease it with oil.
- Right after greasing, place the potatoes already cut into cubes and then the steak with the extract on top.
- Bring it to sleep and leave it for approximately 30 minutes.
- Ready now just enjoy and good appetite
