- Veal fillet in steak1 kg
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Sliced onion1 to taste
- season the steak
- With salt, black pepper and stir well and leave it reserved for about 10 minutes.
- Put a frying pan to heat put the oil and the steak. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Then cut the onions and throw them over the steak and cover for about 2 minutes. Even they get a little soft and then just serve
