Soft mattress meat500 g

Black pepper to taste
Garlic2 unit(s)
Oil to taste
Water300 ml
Full seasoning to taste
Colorau to taste
Salt to taste

In a pressure cooker, place the meat counted in steaks with the water and take it to the fire for 20 minutes.
In a pan put the oil and garlic and sauté.
Turn off the pressure cooker, remove the meat and put it in the garlic to sauté.
Add the pepper, paprika and salt and let it cook, then add the onion in slices and leave for 10 minutes, then just turn off the heat.
