  • Dijon mustard2 tablespoon
  • Ketchup1 dessert spoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Chop the meat and onion into cubes. As finely chopped as you can.
  2. In a mixer, grind all the remaining ingredients, making a paste and adding oil to mix.
  3. In a bowl, mix the finely chopped meat, onion, caper paste and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and serve very fresh with toast. Yes, it is a preparation without fire. Tip: Never save it to eat the next day. This is a haute cuisine dish, delicious but that needs to be made and consumed right away.
