- In a medium bowl, sprinkle the steaks with 1 sazon of sazon and marinate for 15 minutes. Stuff the steaks with carrots, beans and salt. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. In a pan, heat oil over high heat and sauté the onion and basil. Add the steaks and fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Add water, tomato pulp, the other sazon and salt and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
