- In a very hot skillet, put the steaks and set aside. In the pressure cooker, put a thread of olive oil, the garlic and the onion to sauté. Add the steaks, the tomato, boiling water to cover and the tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper and leave for 50 minutes. Open the pan and let the sauce thicken. Serve with green smell.
