  • 1 cup of milk200 ml
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs75 g
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika4 g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt6 g
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce200 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese120 g
  1. Place the steaks in a container, drizzle with the milk and set aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, salt, garlic and mix well.
  3. Pass the steaks through this mixture and distribute them in a refractory greased with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle the steaks with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the steaks from the oven, drizzle with the tomato sauce, distribute the cheese slices and return to the oven to brown. Help yourself.
