- 1 cup of milk200 ml
- 1 cup breadcrumbs75 g
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika4 g
- 1 teaspoon of salt6 g
- Garlic to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce200 ml
- Mozzarella cheese120 g
- Place the steaks in a container, drizzle with the milk and set aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, salt, garlic and mix well.
- Pass the steaks through this mixture and distribute them in a refractory greased with olive oil.
- Drizzle the steaks with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the steaks from the oven, drizzle with the tomato sauce, distribute the cheese slices and return to the oven to brown. Help yourself.
