- Rump heart steak1 kg
- Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Sliced Ham150 g
- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Season the steaks with garlic, salt, Bahian seasoning and oregano. seasoning to taste
- Dip them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil a lot and fry little by little for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Drain on paper towels, then place in an ovenproof dish.
- Add the tomato sauce, on top the ham and mozzarella
- Sprinkle oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the mozzarella cheese melts.
- Serve as you like!
