  • Rump heart steak1 kg
  • Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
  • Oregano1 teaspoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Sliced Ham150 g
  • Grated Mozzarella200 g
  1. Season the steaks with garlic, salt, Bahian seasoning and oregano. seasoning to taste
  2. Dip them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and lastly in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil a lot and fry little by little for 2 minutes on each side or until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels, then place in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, on top the ham and mozzarella
  6. Sprinkle oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the mozzarella cheese melts.
  7. Serve as you like!
