  • Duckling meat cut into steaks500 g
  • Chimichurri Seasoning1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper and salt to taste
  • Rice Flour2 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Tomato pulp520 g
  • Mozzarella250 g
  1. In a bowl, place the steaks, seasoning and 1 pinch of salt and mix well. Pass the steaks through the rice flour, the egg and, lastly, the breadcrumbs. Fry them in immersion, in hot oil, for 2 minutes, or until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  2. In a large refractory, place half of the tomato pulp, distribute the steaks, water with the remaining pulp and cover with plenty of mozzarella.
  3. Take to medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mozzarella melts. Sprinkle chives on top (optional) Remove from the oven and serve immediately. It looks wonderful 😍
