  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Egg yolk for breading the steaks2 unit(s)
  1. Season the steaks with the dry ingredients and make them breaded. Fry them and put them on a baking sheet. Cover them with the ham and mozzarella, put the sauce last. Place in the oven to melt the mozzarella.
