- Duckling in steaks500 g
- Pepperoni segments2 unit(s)
- Carrots2 unit(s)
- Green pepper2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Toothpicks to taste
- Oil5 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper and rosemary
- Cut the pepperoni, carrot and pepper into strips.
- Take one strip of each and place it over the steak.
- Wrap the steak around the strips. Secure with toothpicks.
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and fry the steaks on all sides until sealed.
- Once fried, add the tomato sauce (recipe already published).
- Cover the pan. After gaining pressure, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
