Cumin and black pepper to taste
Colorau to taste

In a pressure cooker, place the beef, tomato and onion, chopped garlic and pepper, salt, black pepper, paprika and cumin.
Bring to a boil and add a cup of water, cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the pressure and add all the vegetables.
Return to the fire, cover the pan and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Serve as you wish.
