  • Ready Tomato Sauce01 cup
  1. Start by seasoning the meat with salt and other seasonings of your choice.
  2. Chop the onion, carrot, pepper and pepperoni sausage into thin strips
  3. Lay the meat on a surface and start at the end by placing slices of onion, carrot, pepper and pepperoni.
  4. If you want to add a little seasoning at this time too, over the stuffing.
  5. Start rolling at the end where the fillings are, and make the cigar like a rocambole.
  6. To close the coil well, use a toothpick or thread. If you use a toothpick, don't forget to check how many you put out before serving at the table.
  7. With all the rolls ready, take it to the pressure cooker and sauté well.
  8. After sautéing, add the cup of tomato sauce and water until the rolls are covered. Close the pressure cooker and leave it on the fire.
  9. After the pressure starts, leave it for about 20 minutes and turn off the fire, wait for the pressure to release naturally.
  10. Remove the rolls from the pan, don't forget the toothpicks, place on a platter, pour some of the sauce over the rolls and serve.
