- Wood Sauce120 g
- Seasoning of your choice1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Place the soft coxão in a roast and season without cutting with the seasonings and salt, let it rest for 20 min.
- Take it to the oven for 40 min, and soon after that time, remove from the oven and throw the wood sauce on top, then return to the oven for another 30 min.
- Remove from the oven, cut and serve with white rice and a salad of your choice.
