  • dark beer1 can(s)
  • crushed garlic4 unit(s)
  • Paprika to taste
  • salt1 tablespoon
  • onions5 unit(s)
  1. Make small holes in the meat. Mix all the ingredients except the onion and Season the soft coxão and leave to marinate for 8 hours
  2. Place the onions in the bottom of the pan and add the meat on top then the beer sauce.
  3. Let it cook under pressure for 50 minutes.
  4. Remove the pressure and stir the sauce the onions will have broken down leaving a thick and delicious broth
