- Dry Rub - King's Barbecue1 to taste
- BBQ1 to taste
- Mustard1 to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Remove the membrane from the part of the rib bones
- Spread mustard all over the meat, then spread the Dry Rub and grind the black pepper and let it rest for 15 min and put it in the Pit Smoking.
- During the first 2 hours the rib will be without aluminum foil and should be bathed in Apple vinegar to hydrate the meat.
- After 2 hours, remove the rib and place it on top of 4 layers of aluminum foil and barbecue and close the package, returning it to the Smoking Pit where it will stay for another 2 hours. Remembering to put the glossy part of the paper inside.
