Skewer of Pork Mignon with Bacon

  • 1 piece pork tenderloin cut into medallions1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Common Mustard1 teaspoon
  • Shoyu2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • One strip of bacon for each locket to taste
  1. Season the pork fillet with all the ingredients on the list (except the bacon) and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Wrap each medallion with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Preheat the airfryer or oven at 180° for 5 minutes
  4. Take it to the Airfryer for 20 minutes. Check the point and if necessary add another 10 minutes.
  5. Accompanying tip: vinaigrette and curd cheese.
