  • Apple2 unit(s)
  • Chili Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
  • Parrilla salt1 tablespoon
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Season the sirloin slices with parrilla salt Lemon pepper 1 lemon and leave to marinate
  2. In a pan grate the apple and cook with sugar the seedless girl finger pepper finely chopped the water and let it cook until it reaches a jelly point
