Seasoned pork loin

Barbecue sauce

Large potatoes cut into medium pieces

Red wine

Oregano, salt, olive oil

Water

Sirloin with barbecue and seasoned potatoes

Coloque o lombo numa assadeira untada com manteiga e pincele um pouco de molho barbecue. Numa tigela, coloque as batatas e tempere com sal, pimenta-do-reino, azeite e orégano e distribua ao lado do lombo. Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno pré-aquecido, 180° por 40 minutos.

Place the pork loin in a greased baking dish and brush with a little barbecue sauce. In a bowl, place the potatoes and season with salt, black pepper, olive oil and oregano and distribute alongside the loin. Cover with aluminum paper and take to preheated oven, 180° for 40 minutes.

Retire o papel alumínio, despeje o restante do molho barbecue e volte ao forno. Deixe terminar de cozinhar e ficar bem dourado.

Remove the foil, pour the rest of the barbecue sauce and return to the oven. Let it finish cooking and get golden.

Arrume o lombo assado numa travessa, as batatas ao lado e leve a fôrma para a boca do fogão. Junte o vinho e a água e deixe reduzir até ficar um molho encorpado.

Arrange the roasted loin on a platter, the potatoes on the side and place the mold on the stove. Add the wine and water and let it reduce until it becomes a full-bodied sauce.

Espelhe este molho por cima do lombo, já fatiado e sirva com arroz branco e salada verde.

Spread this sauce over the loin, already sliced, and serve with white rice and green salad.
