  • Breadcrumbs1 teaspoon
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the meat into thin steaks Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Lightly beat the eggs, sprinkle with oregano and set aside.
  2. Pass the steaks through the wheat flour, then through the eggs and then through the breadcrumbs (at this point press well so that it sticks and results in a crispy crust), this operation must be done on both sides.
  3. In a large pan, add plenty of oil. You should only place the breaded steak when the oil is very hot, at that moment place it on medium-high heat and fry the steaks, browning evenly on both sides.
  4. On a plate with paper towels, arrange the fried steaks so that excess fat is dispensed. Serve next.
